This celebrity makeover follows actress Sarah Jessica Parker. She transformed herself from what some considered ugly to a glamourous trendsetter and clothing fashionista from the famed show Sex and the City.

Sarah Jessica Parker is a wonderful makeover example as she went from rather ordinary looking (some people even called her ugly) to knowing how to play up her look as she became more famous. This Hollywood celeb looked like a typical teen when she was younger, as shown in pre makeover photos 1 and 2. She had bushy unruly eyebrows, a prominent long nose, a large mole on her chin, and a long face. Her permed kinky poodle hair style of the time was of no help either!

Parker started lightening her hair to a heavy streaked blond with roots look easly on as can be seen in photographs 4 through 8 in various blond strengths. She also went through straight as a pin blow dried phases as shown with the flip hair style in 9 and classic light brown in picture 9. Her hair didn’t really match her face quite as well when ultra blond as shown in 7 and especially 8.

Sarah’s fashion style evolved right along with her hair and makeup. In photographs five and six, she donned the infamous loud and trendy Sex in the City style she was known for. Some of her dresses and outfits were truly absurd and downright tacky during the era of that TV show. Yet they defined her spunky character Carrie Bradshaw. She became more Hollywood sheek as time went on. As you can see in picture 11, Sarah looks wonderful in a sexy bronze/gold dress posing on the cover of Marie Claire magazine. She really hits her stride in that hot dress, and her hair and makeup look wonderful too.

Looking at the pictures of Parker’s hair style, she has evolved to a style that is part wavy part straight. This is the perfect union of her early kinky and straight hair styles. The corkscrews are pretty but without 100% neat and clean apparel and makeup corkscrew curls can look a bit sloppy. Pin straight on the other hand elongates her face. As you can see in 10 and 11, her soft sexy waves with some control to them give her that sexy look but at the same time retains some sophistication and polish to the style. Its age appropriate.

Sarah Jessica Parker really learned how to revamp her makeup habits over time as a celebrity. No doubt its to the credit of her stylists yet still it would seem she changed her makeup around to best suit her face. She went from not enough makeup, to obnoxious bright makeup, to subdued sunkissed golden makeup. The golden toned look suits her. She over time began to play up her eyes with enhancing brown shadow and strong black eyeliner and marcara to make the eyes pop. Its dramatic how much that combination of strong eyes paired up with the more natural lip helps her look. She keeps her lips way more natural than she used to when platinum blond. It’s a nice look that is complemented by still natural looking yet tweezed down and shaped eyebrows.

All in all Sarah Jessica Parker went from ordinary girl to knowing how to enhance her looks to the max. She seems to have remained fairly natural in the plastic surgery department too. She may have had judicious rhinoplasty as her nose seems thinned down somewhat. Nonetheless her nose retains the original core look, only it looks nicer. Pics 9, 10, 11 show her at her best as she moves towards tousled supermodel hair in a skin complimentary light brown color with golden highlights. It looks like she removed the mole. Beauty moles look nice on some women but in her case the removal makes her look more polished and cleaned up. She really did a number on her self make over and it is a job well done.

This fashion makeover follows reality show celeb Holly Madison from ordinary brunette girl next door to her large breasted and blonde plastic Hollywood & flashy Las Vegas persona. Holly Madison fashioned herself over to Playboy bombshell and reality show success with a combination of peroxide, breast implants, facial plastic surgery, and a new fashion statement. Her bubbly personality and friendly demeaner certainly contributed to her successful makeover. While her style is not classically beautiful, she did manage to catapult her looks from ordinary to celebrity.

Looking at photograph 1, Holly Madison actually looked quite attractive with her classically brunette hair. Early on she bleached it blonde and it has always looked damaged and untouchable since, though it does fit the classic blonde bombshell style she was going for. White blonde hair tends to clash with brown eyes. As you can see from the examples the platinum hair can make a woman look older than her real age since it dries it out and takes away the youthful softness from repetitive hair dye damage. Holly looks to be a woman in her thirties or forties, not in her twenties when some of these pictures were taken. Nonetheless, the blonde hair is the classic barbie blonde look Holly was clearly striving for, and she does fit the image she was creating.

In photograph 2, 3, and 4, you can see that Holly’s makeup was amateur at first. Her eyebrows were over tweezed too thin, and her lips were colored too dark. She was doing little to enhance her eyes and without soothing brown eye shadow her eyes had an unmade up surprised look. Before her makeup makeover, her eyes only had mascara and looked too nude. Holly had a bit of a homely nose and chin prior to her extreme makeover also. Her nose was a bit witchy as was her bumped chin. It looks like she had some judicious plastic surgery and her post makeover rhinoplasty nose and smoother looking chin look really pretty.

In photos 5 and 6, you can see Holly go through a few growing pains. In her early years of reality show notoriety, she went a little over the top with the orange fake tan, breasts on a platter showing too obvious implant cleavage, and douche bag loud patterned clothes. In photograph 7 though, you can see that she actually adopted a little bit of a campy kooky style and stuck with it. The baseball cap and the knee high athletic socks become her signature look. Yes, it’s a bit campy, but its also her personal style and tied in with her inviting personality.

Photograph 8, as compared to 9 and 11, show her marked change from ordinary looking pale skin blonde girl to playboy girlfriend of Hugh Hefner. With her workout video and reality show popularity, she became a personality in her own right. The two photos at bottom right show that she has settled comfortably into her tanned, blonde, hair extension, glamour type style over the years. While the tanned blonde, plastic look can be aging and fits only a certain charicature of beauty that is less than natural, Holly clearly accomplished her goal of making herself over into a celebrity personality. She looks really good. Her personality is super sweet and thats her biggest asset of all.

Let’s look at Paula Abdul’s beauty makeover over time. Her hair makeup and clothes have always been a bit over the top yet over time we see her attraction maximized when she has softened up her style. If you look at various photos of Paula Abdul over the last few decades, you will probably agree that the softer her makeup and fashion style, the better she looks.

Abdul went from being a Los Angeles cheerleader to a pop music star, to a judge on the show American Idol. She now sells everything from records to ringtones to cardio dance exercise videos. Her nationality is Jewish. As we look at Paula Abdul’s pictures we can see how her look changed from being harsh to softer.

As you can see in photo 1, Paula was a somewhat homely ordinary looking girl. As she went through her cheerleading phase she had a fantastic bubbly personality yet she adopted a rather loud garish sense of style that made her look pageanty and much older than her years. Although it was the look of the times, if you look at photo 2 her big hair, too tanned skin, and sequenned sleezy clothes were too much.

At her worst, Abdul was reputed to have had serious drug abuse problems and in her Ladies Home Journal interview she told that she attended the La Costa Resort and spa to recover from addiction to pain medications. Her face is somewhat masculine to begin with and the harsh fashion and makeup application combined with a partying lifestyle did her looks little good.

You can see in photo 3 her heavy clad jewelry just aged her. Likewise, in photos 4 she is shown with too much of a tan and too much bronzer around her nasolabial folds and mouth. The dark makeup really ages her and there is little contrast from hair to eyebrows to makeup to skin. She just did not look that great in this era.

Though still tacky with the orange lipstick, Paula does look sexy and hot in photograph 5. For one thing, in photo 5 Paula has gotten rid of the too short helmut hair bangs for a longer swide swept bangs look. Her nose job also looks great – you can clearly see her rhinoplasty plastic surgery difference looking at photo 1 then photo 5. She still has the bushy brows in photo 5 yet does not look quite as harsh. This is because her tan is not as ridiculously dark and blotched. I like Paula better without the harsh tan.

In photo 6 you can see Paula coming into her own. Her look is more conservative and a tad boring, yet she looks softer and more attractive nonetheless. She looks younger and softer than the photos in the 4 phase.

Photos 7 and 8 are examples of Paula at her best! She really looks great with her softer look and makeup. In photo 7 she has tamed down her eyebrows a bit which – the brows are drastically different from 5 to 7. Her eyes might actually look prettier in photo 5!

Photo 8 is just superb. With the softer hair, lighter skin color and sexy outfit Paula proves that with the right fashion, makeup and hair she can look totally stunning. Photo 8 is wonderful. She looks soft, youthful and in style. For Paula, the soft hair, soft makeup, more natural yet groomed brow, lighter skin tone and alluring clothes make all the difference in the world. She looks great.

Her makeover turned her from a New York socialite into a world wide fashion model and personality with her own perfume. Paris Hilton is an american socialite heiress, media personality, one time singer, model and actress. The term celebutante was coined after her, meaning that she rose to fame because of her wealth and lifestyle but not because or her talent or work.

Paris did have talent though, as she used fashion and a makeover of herself to get her onto magazine covers and into Hollywood. She sells perfumes, handbags and shoes, has authored several books and branded her image by making herself over from a cute brunette youngster into a blonde sex kitten. She became a muse for Hollywood gossip blogger Perez Hilton and pictures of her party girl jet set lifestyle flooded the gossip web sites. One could argue that her original brunette beauty was more authentic than the tan, bleach blonde, blue contact lense look. Yet, it is the over the top transformation that put Paris on the map.

Photograph 1 shows the young Paris Hilton. As you can see she was a very cute brunette girl with dark brown eyes. She was very attractive and her looks as a younger girl were similar to those of the beautiful Ivanka Trump. As you can see in photograph 2 she started getting into more flambouyant fashion trends, clothes and blonder hair.

Photo 3 shows her makeover from a brunette girl into a tanned blonde bombshell. Her beauty transformation to blonde starlet sent this socialite to fame. As you can see in photos 4 especially, she soon started to take the look way too far. For a time, she looked way older than her years. She was too tanned, her hair was too fried blonde and damaged with fake hair extensions, and she looked like a middle aged woman.

Looking at photograph 5, Paris seemed to take it back a notch. She went from the wild and crazy Las Vegas party girl wearing obvious makeup to a more demure look again. Photo 6 shows her at the top of her game, looking fabulous. While some naysayers viewed Hilton as a flash in the pan, she did ascend to being on many a fashion magazine cover, see photos near 7. She graced covers from People to Elle to Vogue, to name a few. She also appeared in the infamous Carl’s Junior sexy burger commercial, not to mention her zany reality tv stint with friend Nicole Richie. She worked her looks, image and socialite status to the max and achieved some fame from her mousy brunette to blonde bombshell self achieved makeover.

Often nicknamed J.Lo, the American singer demonstrates a fabulous makeover from average looking to stunning. If you look at photograph number one, Lopez looks attractive but rather average. She has a more ethnic nose and her eyebrows and hair look darker and somewhat harsh. Her body also was not in stellar condition with a thicker waist.

Over time with the right styling Jennifer Lopez transformed into a very beautiful woman. While some plastic surgery may have been involved to trim her waist, slim her nose and enlarge her breasts, most of her fabulous makeover is from style and the right makeup.

In number 2 Lopez is becoming sexier with her portrayal of Selena, yet her dark hair and lips aren’t superstar looking on her. In number 3 you see her without makeup, proof positive of the dramatic effect the right hair style and makeup can have on a woman.

Photo number 4 shows how at left, the dark hair, dark brow, and dark red lipstick are not doing JLo justice. She looks far more spectacular at right where her hair is lightened with caramel highlights and her shaped brow is softened also to a more caramel brown instead of dark brown. Most importantly, look at her makeup! The focus is more to her eyes with enhancing natural tan eyeshadow and black mascara. Her paler lips look more natural and make a huge, huge difference in her beauty. JLo looks far better at right. The whiteish eyeshadow at left is very unflattering to her eyes and improve 100% at right. The softening of the hair, brow and makeup really make over her looks.

Again in number 5, she is transformed from pasty and ghostly, to a sun blessed goddess at right. The white makeup at left is unflattering as is the dark red lipstick. At right again as in with 4, the caramel lighter tone turns her fabulous.

Number 7 shows her on an album and magazine cover where she has really come into her own beauty. The cover showing her figure tells us that she put alot of work into her body and transformed it from where it was in photo 1. She has curves and is not too thin and it looks good. Her transformation from harsh brown hair brows and red lipstick to golden caramel hair highlights, lighter lipstick and brows and a sunkissed skin tone is great. This shows how the right hair coloring and makeup combination can amp your look up big time. She looks just incredible now.

Here is an example of a really gorgeous face and body Hollywood style makeover with Cindy Margolis. She transformed her look from average brunette girl to knockout blond bombshell with her own self motivation. A nose job, lightening her hair to gold and growing it out, well tweezed eye brows, a fabulous fit figure, and a golden tan truly transformed this woman! Not only was her picture downloaded by millions, she became a spokemodel and appeared on the cover of Playboy magazine in her forties!

Cindy Margolis started her modeling career when she created business cards of herself posing in lingerie for a business class in college. The cards generated interest in her and she began modeling. Through her own self modeling and promotion, she became widely known as the most downloaded person on the internet. Her picture was downloaded some 70K times in just a day! She went on to become famous with gigs like Price is Right, appeared on Howard Stern and gracing the cover of Playboy magazine after forty.

In photographs number 1 and 3, you can see that she was initially an average looking Jewish girl from the Valley. Through her own initiative she slowly transformed herself into a blond bombshell as the pictures demonstrate. She clearly had a nose job, rhinoplasty, which made her face look more structured, polished and model like. While her new nose is somewhat thin, it really does look becoming on her. She also most likely had breast implants and obviously did alot of work on her fabulous figure to keep it in bikini shape.

Her nose and also her eyebrows are changed the most. Her hairy eyebrows were weighing down her face and in her bombshell transformation they look more precise and polished, and much thinner. Normally fake blondes don’t look that good when they have brown eyes, but she really pulls off the look. Part of it is that she left her hair somewhat golden blonde (rather than white blonde). The golden blonde color ties in with her brown eyes and she keeps a light brown well tweezed brow. Her golden tan finishes off the ultra California babe look. All told, her makeover is stellar and she looks fabulous as a middle aged woman. She seems to have a pretty nice personality to boot and her photographs were alway fun and campy. Her upbeat personality may have helped her success.

This Hollywood makeover of Elizabeth Hurley is incredible! From picture number one, you can see that Hurley was naturally pretty when younger. Her huge thick eyebrows however, were the main distraction to her look. In number two it shows her in a punk rock phase in the eighties. She obviously did not have more fun as a blond with fried hair and roots.

In picture number three you can see the beginnings of her high fashion makeover. The replacement of the too tight disco dress with a more high fashion sexy red dress and plunging neckline makes a huge difference. Also, her bam bam pebbles pony tail hair style is replaced with silky natural locks and a golden tan, and no thick dark brows. In number four, you can see a big difference in her formerly thin lips to the left and plumper lips to the right.

Photos 5, 6, and 7 show Hurley’s arrival into top high fashion. She looks completely beautiful. Her looks are maximized. She does not look to have done too much plastic surgery or modifications to her face. Her eyebrows being tweezed and shaped along with slight plumping of the top lip makes her look so much better!

Hurley is a good example of how sexy clothes that maximize your beauty can make a big difference. She upped her fashion from nightclub skimpy to Hollywood glamour. You might recall she made a big splash wearing a fashion forward safety pinned dress at a red carpet event years ago. She has managed to remain in the spotlight and has graced dozens of high fashion magazine covers. Her medium length chestnut hair always look healthy, well trimmed and nice.

Hurley’s makeup is always done in good taste. She tends to keep a pretty natural look, and on special occasions she turns it up a notch and gets a good Elizabeth Taylor made up look going with the deeper lipstick color. It’s no wonder that she has had an association with cosmetics giant Estee Lauder for decades. She really did a great transformation of her looks. She is a quite beautiful older woman!

The before and after makeover of Jennifer Aniston is amazing. She went from being fairly attractive to sensational with the help of some Hollywood glamour. If you look at her earlier photographs, while she had beautiful hair and full eyebrows, they almost weighed her down and made her look harsh.

Over the years she softened her look and it works. She appears to have had revision rhinoplasty to her nose to make it more subtle and proportional to her face. She had a bit of a strong face and the slenderizing of her nose helped soften her look tremendously. She looks more feminine.

The second photo from left shows Aniston with the infamous Rachel hair cut and a more refined penciled brow. She looked better in the Friends era yet still not coming into her own.

On the magazine covers when she was approaching forty, you can clearly see how she matured into a golden haired goddess. Look at how she achieves an over all balance between her hair and eye brows on the magazine covers. They are not too thick (as when she was younger) or thin (in the Rachel era). Her hair really benefits from the ligter brown base and strategically natural sun streaks. Had she died her hair any blonder I think it would have made her look worse. The lighter brown color however is a flattering compliment to her skin tone.

If you look at Aniston’s makeup, you can see that as she has gotten older she adopted a more natural age-reversing look to her make up. The lipstick especially is far more subdued. The eyes are sexy with some browns for shadow and mascara but not too overly made up.

Jennifer Aniston is a really good example of how good style and fashion can enhance the woman’s natural beauty. She is always dressed with a casual yet classy look. She wears solid color tones that make her look younger. She also has the perfect level of sunkissed color to her skin tone.

Aniston recently went to a shorter, sophisticated bob hair style. In interviews it was said that she wanted to look unique and that since the Housewives of Beverly Hills were all sporting her tousled wavy beach hair, her hairdresser decided it was time for a change. As Jennifer Aniston has matured and aged she looks better than ever. She is definitely a great example of a mature makeover.

This makeover is of a fifty year old woman. The photograph made it a little difficult to do a reasonable make over. The view of her face is not the best and she has no make up on in bad lighting. She has pale skin and clearly stays out of the sun and takes care of her skin. But at 50 and over, the wrinkles will start to show. In the before photograph, I felt she was just too natural looking, without hardly any makeup on. In the after photograph I added some makeup.

Her eyes are showing aging, looking heavy in the upper lids. Since she does not seem to be the type that would get plastic surgery, she can use a few makeup tricks to minimize the signs of aging eyelids. She needs mascara, and alot of it. I added mascara. I also added a bit of taupe eyeshadow and lined her inner lower lid with a soothing brown.

Her foundation was non existent, and up close you could see some blood vessels on her skin. I think she could get better coverage with a liquid foundation and a mineral makeup powder. Her face is very pale and more color would help. She could gently line her lips in a natural color for a fuller lip illusion.

Her eyebrows were too out of control, and thicker towards the center. She could streamline her eyebrows and give them more polish by thinning them out along the top and bottom and keeping the long hairs trimmed neat. She could use shadow with a makeup brush to fill in her sparser brow areas without going too heavy.

She has gorgeous hair for a woman of fifty! It’s thick and lustrous. I like the smoothness, though she could either let it dry naturally, hot roller it, blow it dry with a round brush, or use a round barrel curling iron to add wave. She desperately needs to get some hair draping in front of her eyes to soften her forehead and get rid of the helmet hair look! She can flush up her hair and let it swing a little more naturally such as in the inset model photo suggested at lower right. By letting her hair hang looser she would effectively hide a slight receding and scalp showing at the part. She should learn how to touch up her roots at home so she can conceal incoming gray hair.

The black eyebrows, black glasses and black shirt are just too black and detract from her natural beauty. I turned the glasses to brown. Her neckline could be opened up a bit, it’s just too harsh, though it probably is a cold weather photo. It is not a great photograph and I suspect she’s way more attractive in real life.

She needs to play up the va-voom-ness of her totally gorgeous hair and not have it be so flat on the head. She could do bangs or soft curls. She needs to polish up her makeup because she is just too washed out and plain jane in the before photograph. She needs to move the control from her hair to her makeup! A more polished makeup look brings out her eyes and features.

My advice for her is to take even more advantage of the amazing hair and get it to cascade and flow over her face for more of a peekaboo instead of severe look. The front of her hair is too plastered down and some bangs or a few layers (as shown in inset photo) would really look good. Her tightly covered neck line is also severe and makes her face look a bit heavier than it should. She could whiten up the teeth for a little pizaaz. She looks really good for being fifty and is just not taking advantage of her hair and skin. Mascara should become her best friend to bring out her eyes and downplay the wrinkles that come with being 50 and not into plastic surgery.

Get neat with the makeup and eyebrow shaping, utilize mascara to make the eyes pop, and get way sexier by working that god given head of hair to your advantage!

Her face is too shiny. She needs some matte foundation to smooth it out. A blemish on the chest is easily covered with concealer. The eyeliner is too messy along the lower inner rim. The brown eye shadow needed to be more focused towards the outside of the eyes. Pressed powder concealer cleans up the eyelids near her nose. Her hair has roots at the part and makes her look younger if it is pushed forward to hide her forehead better.

The blond hair color is not doing her much good and it is an example of how lightening your hair too much will wash you out. She could use some low lights or a deeper golden brown color.
